You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. Over 8 years working on software development projects, including deployment stages. Over 4 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning. Over 2 years of practical MLOps. General understanding of classic ML algorithms for tabular data (decision trees, random forest, XGBoost), model evaluation, and optimization techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Familiarity with Scikit Learn and TensorFlow are a plus. Containerization and image optimization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and version control (e.g.: Git). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, particularly with Lambda Functions and ECS. Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage technologies. Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, ELK for logging. Knowledge and experience with relational (SQL) databases Understanding of security best practices for machine learning models and data Understanding of provisioning a Jupiter server for ML experimentation. Experience with tools to versionize datasets. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data scientist, engineers, and stakeholders. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model deployment and production systems. Capacity to work in a collaborative and agile environment, contributing to the success of the team and organization. Advanced English proficiency is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Checking deployment pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and well-documented. Review code changes and pull requests from the data science team. Triggers CI/CD pipelines after code approvals. Monitors pipelines and ensures all tests pass and model artifacts are generated/stored correctly. Deploys updated models to prod after pipeline completion. Works closely with the software engineering and DevOps team to ensure smooth integration. Containerize models using Docker and deploy on cloud platforms. Set up monitoring tools to track various metrics like response time, error rates, and resource utilization. Establish alerts and notifications to quickly detect anomalies or deviations from expected behavior. Analyze monitoring data, log, files, and systems metrics. Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and resources required for ML model deployment. Collaborate with the data science team to develop pipelines to cover any faults, create and maintain data pipelines for model inputs and outputs. Optimize ML systems for scalability, ensuring models perform efficiently under vaious loads. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and machine learning models from unauthorized access. Documenting and troubleshoots, changes, and optimization.
