Job Title: MLE Program Participant
Location: Hyderabad (Manufacturing Site based)
Reports to: IE Manager
Key Skills:
The candidate should have strong analytical & management skills, proficiency in advanced Excel and Python, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. This individual shall be playing a critical role in analyzing and optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization:

• Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to document current and future state processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Use advanced Excel functions and Python scripts to automate data processing and generate reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.
• Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Project Management:

• Manage projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights to project leaders & track progress
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Train Shop floor team on process improvement techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, (preferable Industrial Engineering) Operations Research, or a related field.
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain
• Prior experience in a data analysis, process optimization is a plus
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Python (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib) & Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.

Work Location & Environment :

• At Manufacturing site with 5 days working
