LLM Research Scientist

Experience : 4 years

Responsibilities:

Conduct foundational research on innovative

LLM architectures

. Develop and prototype novel attention mechanisms such as

GQA and SWA

. Provide theoretical insights and validate experimental designs for

RAG/KAG

workflows and multi-agent systems. Collaborate with ML Engineers to integrate and validate experimental designs. Publish findings to support IP generation and technical differentiation.

Basic Skills:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Proven research experience in NLP and deep learning. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Familiarity with academic research and publication processes.

Project-Specific Skills:

Expertise in modular and dynamic architectures like MoE. Experience in designing scalable LLMs for specific use cases. Familiarity with datasets like

CodeSearchNet or BigCode

for code generation research. Proven ability to design experiments and analyze results using tools like WandB or MLflow. Deep understanding of knowledge retrieval mechanisms and their integration with LLMs.
