The Marketing Project Management Specialist II values process and will work with cross-functional teams providing guidance and support on various projects from start to finish in Honeywell's Energy and Sustainability Solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence by emphasizing continuous improvement across marketing processes and tools. This individual will also enable event marketing campaigns that drive global sales leads and business results.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage ESS global event program and track all stages of event project from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling to closing.
• Develop programs that bridge process gaps between commercial team.
• Advocate smart ways of work by brainstorming and developing workflows that minimize emails and streamline processes using tools like Powerapps, PowerBi, PowerAutomate.
• Be a champion and reinforcer of current marketing operational processes as well as train current and new employees as needed.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team and sales to capture event metrics for leadership reports.
• Support the events team in upkeeping documents and templates in order and policing deliverables.
• Partner with the customer marketing leaders to lead Tier 3 & 4 events request requirements.
• Create and update all PowerBi reports for tracking marketing spend across ESS.
• Maintain information in On-boarding application and storing all training, processes, and documents for marketing operational excellence.
• Schedule all campaign quarterly reviews for each SBU
• Create all lead capture request forms and ensure proper implementation and execution in collaboration with digital marketing team for in-person events.
• Provide support to procurement specialist during high volume season.
• Write, evaluate and approve social posts on corporate employee advocacy platform that transforms employees into influencers.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, liberal arts, finance, computer science, or economics.
• 2+ years managing projects
• 1 year Beginner data analytics
• 2 years' experience with PowerBi, PowerAutomate, and/or PowerApps
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFFERED

• Experience working at large, highly matrixed corporate environment
• 3 years Experience with data management and maintaining databases such as Sharepoint list
• 1 year Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketo
• 1 year Familiarity with project management tools
