Overview Independent contributor for Menu Optimization team. This role will have direct reporting to PBNA Food Services team. This role will support the PBNA Food Services digital lab team to audit the allotted restaurant portals in native as well as online aggregator platforms with the provided checklist to prepate a recommendation of upgrades required in the restaurant portal to increase their beverage sales instances for restaurants in North America. This role will require the team member to interact with the Project manager for Menu optimization project and restaurant team if required for any clarification during audits. Once the audit is complete , there should be a quality audit from other team member perspective to ensure we have provided 100% accurate recommendations. Responsibilities . Audit the restaurant menus and identified aggregator platforms using the sales contract provided by the sales team and the checklist guidelines provided by the food services team. . Create recommendation decks , which can be either aggregated or detailed deck based on the guidlelines from FS digital lab and sales teams . Define process and document the flow for menu audits and adopt the process flow during all audits . Partner with other team members to set up a quality audit from a user perspective to confirm and record if all the changes audit recommenrations are reflected with 100% accuracy . Partner with project manager for Menu optimization to complete all the audits within SLA at optimal capacity through planning and execution. . Understand US markets and stakeholders expectation with regards to audit along with US market sales and demand of pepsico products . Maintain a tracker of all completed audits along with learnings to ensure all the findings are documented Qualifications . 4+ years of experience in ecommerce and quality audit experience in two or more platforms . Working with US Stakeholders . Presentation deck creation skills . Understanding of online food ordering aggregator is an added advantage . Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers . Bachelor\'s degree . Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
