Associate, Global Communications Strategy & Operations

About the role
As an Associate on the Global Communications Strategy & Operations team, you'll play a key role in
supporting the success of our communications function. You'll help streamline operations, amplify
content, and ensure our team shows up with clarity and impact. This role is ideal for someone who is
highly organized, collaborative, savvy with digital communications tools and channels, and
passionate about helping teams communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
Support the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
Collaborate with team members to amplify content across channels, including internal channels,
social media and PR.
Assist in planning and facilitating team meetings, global campaigns, and special projects.
Track and measure communications performance, generating insights and reports.
Develop templates, playbooks, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Help manage editorial calendars and content workflows.
Support budget tracking and vendor coordination.
Contribute ideas and best practices to elevate storytelling and engagement.
Stay current on communication trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Assist with publishing and maintaining communications assets, including intranet and newsletters.
Participate in the development and testing of AI tools to support communications.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (Communications, PR, English, Journalism or Marketing degree preferred)
Excellent English writing skills
Experience developing editorial content for digital channels
Ability to think creatively and strategically
3-5 years of work experience in a corporate environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with a calm, positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Outstanding project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and
stakeholders
Have a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and be part of a virtual team environment
Highly computer literate with capabilities across the Microsoft Office suite
