Job Description

Operate mixing machines for TMT pipe production, ensuring accurate mixing of raw materials as per specifications. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major malfunctions to the supervisor. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections of machines to ensure optimal functionality. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and verify the consistency of mixed materials. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Record production data, including output quantities and machine performance metrics. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
