Job Description

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in a professional and creative manner. You will create unique and memorable drink experiences that cater to the preferences of customers, while also adhering to legal and safety regulations. Your role will involve combining technical skills, creativity, and customer service to enhance the overall guest experience at the establishment.

Responsibilities:

Beverage Crafting:

Prepare a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Use a combination of traditional and innovative techniques to create visually appealing and flavorful drinks.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with management to design and update the drink menu, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients, current trends, and customer preferences. Introduce new and exciting beverages to keep the menu fresh and engaging.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Recommend drinks based on their tastes and preferences, and provide information about the ingredients and techniques used in crafting each drink.

Presentation:

Pay attention to the visual presentation of each beverage, using garnishes, glassware, and other elements to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.

Quality Control:

Ensure the consistency and quality of each drink by adhering to standardized recipes and following proper techniques. Regularly taste and adjust recipes as necessary to maintain high standards.

Ingredient Knowledge:

Stay informed about different types of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and other ingredients used in cocktails. Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and new products.

Equipment Maintenance:

Properly handle, maintain, and clean bar equipment, glassware, and utensils to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work area.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies. Place orders as needed to avoid shortages.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with servers, bartenders, and other staff members to ensure efficient service and a seamless customer experience.

Compliance:

Adhere to all local and national laws and regulations pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Check identification and enforce age restrictions when necessary.

Training:

Assist in training new bartenders and staff members, sharing your expertise in mixology, drink preparation, and customer interaction.

Customer Satisfaction:

Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to feedback, resolving any issues, and ensuring that each customer leaves with a positive impression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
