: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist with a flair for Flair Bartending to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique and innovative cocktails while entertaining our guests with impressive flair bartending techniques. Responsibilities: Cocktail Creation: Design and craft a wide range of cocktails, both classic and signature, using high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques. Flair Bartending: Showcase your flair bartending skills to engage and entertain customers while preparing drinks. This includes tricks, juggling, and creative presentation. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking their drink orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, ensuring efficient bar operations. Place orders as needed. Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling. Menu Development: Collaborate with management to develop and update the cocktail menu, staying current with industry trends and customer preferences. Training: Train and mentor junior bartenders on mixology techniques and flair bartending skills. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender with a focus on mixology. Strong knowledge of various spirits, liquors, and cocktail recipes. Proficiency in Flair Bartending techniques, such as bottle flipping, fire tricks, and cocktail juggling. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious drinks. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. TIPS or similar certification is a plus. A creative and outgoing personality. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bartending or mixology certification is preferred.
