About Navitas Alpha Renewables Navitas Alpha Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is a partnership between Alpha Plastomers and Navitas Green Solar where components for solar panels will be manufactured. The first phase of project has concluded where manufacturing of EVA encapsulant film has started. By 2023, we will be further expanding production of EVA encapsulant film along with commencing production of back-sheet. Experience & Industry Exposure Min. Diploma or ITI. Experienced or Fresher may apply. Excellent administration skills along with oral and written communication skills. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills. Proficient in MS Office (word, Excel, Power Point). Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant ISO standards A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. Position: Mixing Operator Reports to Production Manager Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective Production and quality processes. Set requirements for raw material and monitor their compliance. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. Submit detailed reports to appropriate managers. Ensure manufacturing and quality processes meet ISO standards. Assist with implementation of efficiency tools such as 5S, Kaizen, etc. Job Location: Sachin, Surat Company Industry: Renewable Energy Joining Date: Immediately Employment Status: Full-Time Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
