The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.
/Preferred Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and drive the strategic roadmap for MR products and experiences based on business objectives, market research, and customer insights. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, development, and execution of MR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to align on goals, manage expectations, and communicate project status, risks, and timelines. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and serve as a subject matter expert on MR technology, including AR and VR environments, development tools (Unity, Unreal Engine), and hardware platforms (HoloLens, XReal, etc...). Resource Allocation: Manage project resources efficiently, including budgets, timelines, and personnel, to ensure the successful delivery of products and features. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and productive environment for engineers, artists, designers, and other technical staff to create innovative and engaging experiences. Market Analysis: Stay current with emerging MR technologies, products, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Performance Tracking: Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of MR experiences and iterate based on performance data.

Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A master's degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product or program management within the software industry, with 2+ years of experience focused specifically on AR, VR, or computer vision. Technical Skills: Proven experience with MR software development, architecture, and design. Strong knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine is highly valued. Leadership: Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams in delivering complex products. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex contexts into actionable strategies.
