Urbanrise is looking for an experienced

Mivan Foreman

to lead and supervise shuttering teams for

high-rise residential projects

. The role requires hands-on expertise in

Mivan / aluminium formwork systems

, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality shuttering operations as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute Mivan foremen activities at site. Ensure accurate

installation, alignment, and dismantling

of Mivan formwork. Guide and train shuttering teams on

best practices and safety procedures

. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with

approved drawings and standards

. Coordinate with

site engineers and other foremen

to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain and ensure proper use of

shuttering tools and equipment

. Enforce

safety norms

and site discipline during shuttering activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years

of proven experience as a

Mivan Shuttering Foreman

Strong working knowledge of

Mivan / aluminium formwork systems

Ability to

read and interpret construction drawings

Good leadership, communication, and team-handling skills Strong focus on

quality and safety compliance

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
