We are hiring a passionate, energetic, and committed Mission Lehar Co-ordinator to support our unique child development initiative under Bodhmarga Foundation. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with children, have prior experience in NGO projects, and be capable of facilitating school-based activities while managing field coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Location:
Mumbai (various locations in the western suburbs - school-based work)
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Training in child development, psychology, or social work will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas:
- Working with children (e.g., in schools, NGOs, education programs)
- Volunteering or employment with NGOs
- Project coordination or facilitation experience
- Experience with child-centered methodologies like play, theatre, or creative learning will be an asset
Salary:
?10,000 to ?25,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:
1. Facilitation & Engagement
- Conduct interactive sessions in partner schools using innovative tools such as sound, art, theatre, and play-based learning
- Promote children's self-awareness, decision-making, emotional stability, and mental well-being
- Build rapport and engage effectively with children
2. Coordination & Community Engagement
- Coordinate with school staff, project team, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution
- Represent Mission Lehar during field visits, community meetings, and stakeholder interactions
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records: attendance, session plans, observations, and feedback
- Support in impact reporting and data collection in coordination with the documentation team
4. Training & Development
- Attend mandatory orientation and ongoing training sessions
- Implement learnings and best practices in fieldwork
- Actively participate in review meetings and continuous improvement of program delivery
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and youth-friendly attitude
- Prior experience managing children or school programs
- Basic Excel skills for reporting
- Interest in emotional development, arts, or alternative education
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage time effectively
- Team player, adaptable, and open to learning
