Identify and procure miscellaneous items such as office supplies, housekeeping materials, uniforms, tools, packaging materials, etc.
Source and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor stock levels of frequently used items and reorder when necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and delivery schedules.
Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to delay, damage, or discrepancies in received goods.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery information.
Develop and maintain vendor database and performance records.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual procurement reports.
Ensure compliance with audit and documentation standards
