Job Description

Position: MIS/ ATS Admin(Ceipal) Shift: 8:30PM to 5:30AM IST or 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST Responsibilities: Manage and operate Ceipal talent management platform, including submissions reports and job postings. Coordinate with Account Managers and handle new user accounts, access permissions, and IP restrictions. Update Points of Contact (POCs), company profiles, privacy settings, and maintain the candidate hotlist. Instruct the team on voicemail setup and manage search criteria settings. Conduct training sessions for new users on Ceipal functionalities, including note entries and job advertising. Oversee team IP permissions, report accessibilities, and ensure compliance with Ceipal processes. Administer call recording systems and generate usage reports. Send out welcome communications to new employees, including user credentials. Responsible for user login management such as creation, password resets, blocking/unblocking, and privacy settings adjustments. Utilize advanced Excel tools for data analysis and reporting, including conditional formatting, pivot tables, and various functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and logical functions. Requirements: Proficient in managing talent management systems, preferably Ceipal. Strong understanding of IP restrictions and data privacy practices. Experience in delivering training and creating instructional materials. Expertise in Advanced Excel, including data manipulation and dashboard creation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with various teams. Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in an MIS role, preferably with hands-on experience in Ceipal.
