Job Description

The Excel cum Tally Executive (MALE candidates) will be responsible for maintaining accounting records in Tally, preparing Excel-based MIS reports, coordinating with retailers for material returns, and conducting delivery service quality follow-ups.

The role supports smooth financial operations and ensures retailer satisfaction in the FMCG snacks business.

Responsibilities:

Record sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries Prepare credit notes in Tally Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly

MIS reports in Excel

Maintain sales, expense, and stock reports Use Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS) and

Pivot Tables

Track distributor/party outstanding reports Provide accurate reports to management on time Monitor stock movement of raw materials and finished goods Maintain retailer sales data Support pricing, schemes, and discount tracking Maintain proper records for audits and internal checks Call retailers to

confirm material returns

(damaged, expired, or excess stock) Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for

return pickups

Maintain return status reports in Excel Collect feedback from retailers regarding

delivery timeliness, behavior, and product condition

Report service issues and follow up for resolution

Experience

1-3 years of experience in Accounts/MIS/ Advance Excel FMCG / food / snacks industry experience preferred

Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

Advanced

MS Excel
