A key responsibility of the Service Desk is to acquire new clients and ensure client retention.
Communicating with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls regarding our services or products, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing formalities for WhatsApp and email campaigns.
Send alerts to the clients for Expiry / Renewal / Updation of their products
Understanding import and export procedures.
Awareness of KC internal products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Approaching clients and internal teams in a polite and professional manner.
Utilizing Google search effectively to identify industries relevant to our services.
Maintaining accountability for reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
