Job Description
Required sales coordinators male or female who can prepare sales reports daily and monthly/MIS. Should have at least 5 years of experience in real estate. Aged above 28 years old. Preferably MBA . Should have knowledge on excel and CRM
Participate and contribute for projects as needed also drive automation of various reports and MIS through tools like macro and applications like SQL, Access, Excel, SAS etc
Completing valuation of all existing investments on timely basis
Reviewing the work of accounting team & working closely with them on aligning reporting formats
Assisting in audit process for proprietary investments; audit planning and compliances with audit requirement with the central accounting team Assisting in taxation matters related to proprietary investments Salary 30k to 40k Location RT nagar -Bangalore
