Key responsibilities

System management:

Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's Management Information Systems (MIS) infrastructure.

Data management:

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reporting platforms and systems.

Reporting and analysis:

Develop, monitor, and analyze reports from various data sources (like sales, inventory, or financial metrics) to identify trends and support decision-making.

Collaboration:

Work with various departments to understand their data and reporting needs and to implement effective solutions.

Technical leadership:

Provide technical expertise, manage IT projects, and stay current with new technology trends to advise on suitable systems for the organization.

Team leadership:

Manage and train IT staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to use MIS tools effectively and adhere to organizational policies.

Problem-solving:

Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the MIS system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Skills and qualifications

Strong understanding of MIS, databases, and relevant software Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with knowledge of statistical theory. Leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights to management and other employees. Project management skills, including planning and budget management. Knowledge of data security principles and practices. Document Drafting Skills

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
