Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. MIS Development & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present KPIs and business metrics. Create automated reporting systems for timely and accurate information distribution.

2. Data Management & Database Administration

Design and implement data management systems, databases, and data warehouses. Work with large datasets to perform extraction, transformation, and analysis. Maintain documentation of MIS systems, data processes, and procedures.

3. Data Analysis & Insights

Analyse data trends and identify areas for operational improvement. Recommend actionable, data-driven solutions across business functions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security.

4. Sales MIS Support

Collaborate with Sales teams for weekly MIS reviews. Analyse sales data and market trends to support strategy building. Develop sales performance dashboards and identify opportunities for growth.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Facilitate data sharing and integration across departments. Provide user training on MIS tools and reporting systems. Participate in cross-functional meetings to support data-driven decisions.

6. Management Reporting

Present monthly insights to senior management. Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting performance, trends, and improvement areas. Offer strategic recommendations backed by analytical findings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or related domain. Strong knowledge of DBMS, data warehousing, and BI tools. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (mandatory), Tableau, and programming languages such as Python or R. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
