We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager to lead and manage our MIS and WFM operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in team handling, workforce management, automation, and dialer systems, with a proven track record in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage the MIS & WFM team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

Oversee Workforce Management (WFM) including capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling

Implement and manage MIS automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy

Handle and optimize dialer systems, reports, and performance tracking

Develop dashboards, reports, and insights for senior management

Ensure data integrity, process improvement, and operational excellence

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in MIS / WFM roles

Minimum 5 yrs experience in team handling and leadership

Hands-on knowledge of WFM tools, automation, and dialer management

Advanced skills in Excel, MIS reporting, dashboards, and analytics

Experience working with product-based companies and BPO preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
