About the Role:

Established Field Service professional. Interacts with customers and field team members. Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage MIS dashboards and reports for business leaders Consolidate and streamline data from multiple platforms. Perform data analysis to uncover trends and support decision-making. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all reporting Prepare impactful documentation and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access Skilled in Data Analytics & Forecasting Experience with dashboards, pivot tables, and BI tools Ability to unify data from varied systems and sources Clear and effective communicator (written + verbal) Able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
