Brief Role : MIS Executive / Analyst - ( MIS Reporting / Advanced Excel) Prepare and maintain Daily/ Weekly / Monthly Reports Responsible for data collection, sorting & generating MIS Track agent wise performance reports and ensure analysis goes on TAT. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team Create, review and publish business metrics reports and dashboards.
