Job Description
The MIS & HR Analytics Specialist will drive data-based decision-making by preparing monthly HR dashboards, maintaining HR data systems, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights. The role will support HR leaders and teams with proactive analytics to strengthen workforce planning, productivity, and retention.

Data Architecture & Governance
Maintain HR data systems and structures, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
Data Quality
Run regular data audits and checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
Reports & Analytics Dashboard
Create HR dashboards and reports using
Power BI
to track key HR metrics like attrition, headcount, and productivity.Insights
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support workforce planning and HR decision-making.
Stakeholder Support
Partner with HR teams and leaders to deliver data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Education Qualification
Postgraduate degree in HR, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
Experience
4-8 years in HR / People Analytics Hands-on experience in
Power BI
andadvanced Excel
;ability to independently prepare & design HR dashboards
* Exposure to Oracle HCM is an added advantage
