Core Responsibilities:

System Development and Maintenance:

Designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems, including databases, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and presenting these findings to management in a clear and concise manner.

MIS Documentation:

Creating and maintaining documentation for MIS systems, ensuring smooth operations and easy maintenance.

System Support and Training:

Providing support and training to users on how to effectively utilize MIS systems and tools.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to strategic planning related to technology and information systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through the use of technology and data analysis.
Key Skills:

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced features like pivot tables and macros), data analysis tools (like Tableau or Power BI), database management systems, and ERP software.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to MIS systems and data.

Project Management:

Ability to manage projects related to MIS development and implementation.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of data privacy regulations, data governance principles, and industry-specific data management practices.
