Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Expert to manage and analyse data, develop insightful reports, and support business decisions through effective data management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Script Writing (Google Apps Script or similar).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio. Automate reports and dashboards for various departments using scripting tools like Google Apps Script. Perform data cleaning, validation, and consolidation from multiple sources. Create and update real-time dashboards and visualizations for management insights. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. Assist in the digital transformation of manual processes through automation and scripting.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in MIS/Data Analysis or a similar role. 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, etc.). Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Experience in working with Looker Studio or other BI tools. Ability to write, modify, and debug scripts to automate reports and workflows. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field. Prior experience in a data-driven role within a fast-paced environment.
