Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 3 years of experience to manage data, generate reports, and support business decision-making. The candidate should be strong in Excel, data analysis, and reporting, and able to work closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Advance Excel Is must

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports

Develop dashboards and summary reports for management

Track KPIs and highlight trends, gaps, and performance issues

Coordinate with operations, finance, HR, and sales teams for data validation

Maintain databases, records, and documentation

Automate reports using advanced Excel functions where possible

Adhere to data confidentiality and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

Working knowledge of MS Word & PowerPoint

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple reports

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with dashboards, Power BI, or Google Sheets

Exposure to ERP/CRM systems

Experience in corporate or operations-driven environments
