who can handle data management, MIS reporting, Excel dashboards, and provide daily operational support. The ideal candidate should be strong in numbers, analytical thinking, and comfortable working closely with the Founder for training, reporting, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, purchase, production, warehouse, and store performance.
Maintain and update Excel dashboards with accurate data.
Analyze data and share insights to support decision-making.
Track KPIs and highlight deviations or performance gaps.
Founder Assistance & Training
Train and support the Founder on MIS, Excel formulas, data interpretation, and dashboards.
Simplify complex data into clear, easy-to-understand reports.
Assist the Founder with data-related tasks, follow-ups, and coordination.
Operational Support
Coordinate with store teams, warehouse, purchase, production, and accounts for data collection.
Ensure timely data entry, accuracy, and error-free reporting.
Maintain all MIS files, trackers, and data logs.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, BCA preferred).
Strong Excel skills
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard, Power Query preferred).
Knowledge of MIS, reporting tools, and data analytics.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work closely with leadership and handle confidential information.
Experience in
garment/apparel/retail industry
will be an added advantage.
