We are looking for an

MIS Executive

who is strong in handling data management, reporting and business analysis for our FMCG operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have excellent hands-on skills in

MS Excel

,

PowerPoint

,

Tally

, and other latest reporting/automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Analyze operational, sales and financial data to support decision-making. Develop dashboards and presentations in Excel & PowerPoint. Manage data accuracy, validations, and reconciliations. Work on Tally for basic accounting entries and report extraction. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and consolidation. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in

Advanced Excel

(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) Proficiency in

PowerPoint

for business presentations. Good working knowledge of

Tally ERP

. Ability to work on data automation tools (Power BI preferred). Strong analytical and communication skills. FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
