Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain ZOHO applications across the organization.
Customize ZOHO CRM modules, workflows, automation, and dashboards as per requirements.
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and access permissions.
Implement API integrations with third-party systems.
Develop reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
Provide support and training to end-users.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within ZOHO apps.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in ZOHO administration.
Strong knowledge of ZOHO CRM.
Knowledge of API integrations and third-party connectors.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation skills management platforms.
