Safety Circle Pvt. Ltd., a leading organization in safety training and compliance management, is looking for a dedicated MIS Executive to join our team at our Zirakpur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing MIS reports, and supporting management with accurate insights for decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

? Collect, analyze, and compile data from various departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).

? Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

? Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports.

? Develop dashboards and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

? Assist management with data analysis and provide insights for performance improvement.

? Manage and update internal databases and Excel sheets regularly.

? Support in data-driven decision-making and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

? Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, and Macros).

? Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred).

? Basic understanding of database management or SQL.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Statistics.

? 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
