who will be responsible for managing data, reports, and operational tracking across sales, inventory, production, and dispatch.
This role is critical to ensure
accurate reporting, clean data, and smooth coordination
between teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities
Update daily sales data from all channels (Marketplaces, Website, WhatsApp, Store).
Maintain daily order, dispatch, and return reports.
Update SKU-wise inventory and flag low stock or mismatches.
Track pending orders and follow up for closures.
Maintain accurate SKU master and product master.
Ensure alignment between order, dispatch, and stock data.
Clean raw data received from marketplaces and internal teams.
Avoid overselling and inventory mismatch.
Production & Operations Tracking
Track fabric inward and outward.
Maintain job work and production status sheets.
Track production timelines (TAT) and rejections.
Maintain digital records for challans and production logs.
System & Process Support
Convert manual processes into structured Excel / Google Sheets.
Create and maintain templates for order entry, inventory, and production.
Support future implementation of POS / ERP systems.
Coordination
Coordinate with:
Production team for daily updates
Ecommerce team for stock and listings
Accounts team for payout reconciliation and records
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets
(Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Basic understanding of retail / ecommerce data.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle large data sets and multiple reports.
