We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive (Beginner Level) who will support the Finance and F&B teams by preparing daily/weekly reports, monitoring costs, and assisting in basic F&B control activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and an interest in cost control, analysis, and data management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Maintain and update Excel sheets for sales, purchases, inventory, and consumption.
Assist in monitoring F&B costs and variances.
Support the F&B Controller in stock audits and inventory checks.
Track wastage, breakage, and consumption patterns.
Collect data from various departments and ensure accuracy before reporting.
Help with recipe costing and menu cost updates.
Coordinate with store, kitchen, and accounts teams for data collection.
Assist in vendor bill verification, GRN data, and basic cost analysis.
Maintain organized records and documentation for audits.
