Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to prepare accurate MIS reports. Track and monitor purchase orders, vendor performance, and inventory levels. Create and maintain dashboards to give real-time visibility of purchase activities. Collaborate with the purchase team to streamline the procurement process through data insights. Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on procurement metrics. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the purchase operations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the MIS system. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management strategies. Work closely with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 4+ years of experience in an MIS role, preferably within the purchase department of an eCommerce company. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
