Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update
daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
in Excel.
Maintain and regularly update
case trackers
with details such as case numbers, parties, dates, status, and responsible persons.
Use
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and other advanced Excel functions
to collate, validate and analyze data from multiple sources.
Perform
data formatting and cleaning
to ensure consistency in dates, numbers, text and overall presentation.
Create and use
Mail Merge
(Word/Excel/Outlook) for bulk generation of letters, notices and emails.
Proofread
reports, trackers, letters and email drafts
to avoid typographical and numerical errors.
Generate customized reports and summaries for management (e.g., pending cases, upcoming hearings, aging reports).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (branches, legal team, operations, etc.) to collect and update data.
Ensure
proper file management
, version control and backup of all critical MIS files and trackers.
