Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update all purchase-related data in the MIS system. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on purchase orders, GRNs, supplier performance, and cost analysis. Monitor purchase requisitions, order cycles, and pending approvals to ensure timely execution. Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice matching, vendor payments, and reconciliation. Track and report supplier lead times, price variations, and purchase order status. Generate cost comparison reports and assist in procurement planning and budgeting. Maintain and analyze data related to purchase efficiency, compliance rate, and delivery timelines. Develop and maintain dashboards for management review. Ensure accuracy of data across all procurement and inventory reports. Assist in audits by providing required data and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Dashboards). Proficiency in ERP or procurement software. Strong analytical and numerical ability. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good communication and reporting skills.
