Position: MIS Executive

Location: Kasba Industrial Estate, Kolkata

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?16,000 per month

Experience: 3-4 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and

support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise

in Advanced Excel, effective communication skills in English (email & reporting), and

the ability to handle large datasets accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports using Advanced
Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for management
review.

Communicate effectively via email in English with internal teams and
management.

Track, monitor, and report operational performance and key business metrics. Provide accurate and timely MIS reports to support business decisions. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates in systems.
Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in Commerce/Business/IT or related field. 3-4 years of experience as MIS Executive or in data/reporting roles. Proficient in Advanced Excel (mandatory). Strong communication skills in English, especially email communication. Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
