About Us:

Transact India Exports is a leading exporter of children's ready-made garments, catering mainly to the Middle East market. We are looking for an experienced Garments Designer to develop export-quality collections that blend creativity with commercial appeal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and manage data to generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management. Maintain databases and ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data. Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency in Advance Excel/Google Sheets and other tools. Analyze business performance trends and highlight key insights. Coordinate with different departments (sales, accounts, operations etc.) to gather data. Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and assist in decision-making. Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs of management. Ensure timely submission of reports and data presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration . Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a data management/reporting role. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and reporting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
