Key Responsibilities
MIS & Data Management
Collect, organize, and maintain data from sales, inventory, and operations.
Generate reports on KPIs, sales trends, and business performance using Excel & MIS tools.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of databases; ensure data quality.
Create PivotTables, charts, and dashboards for management decision-making.
Executive Assistance
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day coordination.
Draft, review, and manage documentation, reports, and communication records.
Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams.
New Vendor Development
Follow up on delegated tasks, ensuring timely closure and reporting.
Skills Required
Advanced
Excel & MIS skills
(VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Validation, INDEX-MATCH, etc.).
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
