Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across departments.
Pull data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, CRM, internal databases).
Use Excel tools like
VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, and Advanced Formulas
for data cleaning and analysis.
Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible.
Maintain and update dashboards for performance tracking.
Coordinate with teams to gather requirements for customized reports.
Identify data trends, errors, and inconsistencies and highlight them to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
Provide support during audits and data reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in MIS/Data Reporting.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(including advanced functions).
Comfortable working with
large datasets
.
Knowledge of
Google Sheets, PowerPoint
(for reporting) is a plus.
Basic understanding of databases and tools like
SQL / Power BI / Tableau
(optional, not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
