MIS EXECUTIVE VACANCY -

FRESHERS GOOD IN EXCEL WITH CERTIFICATION MAY APPLY .

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Report Generation:

Creating regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to management.

System Maintenance:

Managing and maintaining the organization's information systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Ensuring Data Security:

Implementing and maintaining data security protocols to protect sensitive information.

Support & Training:

Providing support and training to staff on using MIS tools and systems.

Collaboration:

Working with different departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the necessary information.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, databases, and other MIS-related software.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Communication Skills:

Good drafting skills in English , Bengali spoken is mandatory .

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to MIS.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

JOB LOCATION - TOPSIA - KOLKATA

MONDAY - SATURDAY - 10AM -7 PM
