Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

MIS Executive

with strong expertise in

financial analysis

to support management through accurate reporting, data analysis, and insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, and will play a key role in decision-making by providing timely and reliable data.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and maintain

financial MIS reports

(daily, weekly, monthly). Conduct

financial analysis

, variance analysis, and trend analysis to support business decisions. Track key financial KPIs, revenue, costs, profitability, and budgets. Support

budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

activities. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial reports. Coordinate with finance, accounts, and other departments for data consolidation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

financial analysis and MIS reporting

. Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards). Good understanding of

P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Management

. 2-4 years of relevant experience in MIS / Financial Analysis.
