Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

MIS Executive

with strong expertise in

Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Google Apps Script

. The candidate will be responsible for building robust MIS systems, automating reporting processes, and developing insightful dashboards to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

Prepare, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Design structured data systems for sales, production, finance, and operations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Dashboards & Analytics

Design and develop interactive dashboards using

Looker Studio

. Integrate data from multiple sources (Google Sheets, CSVs, databases, etc.). Create KPI dashboards for management and department heads.

Automation & Process Improvement

Automate repetitive reporting tasks using

Google Apps Script

. Develop automated data validation, alerts, and workflows. Improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

System Development

Build scalable MIS systems in Google Sheets with proper controls. Standardize data formats, naming conventions, and reporting templates. Implement role-based access and data security best practices.

Stakeholder Support

Work closely with management and department teams to understand data needs. Provide ad-hoc analysis and customized reports when required. Train internal teams on dashboards and reporting tools.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills (Must-Have)

Advanced expertise in

Google Sheets

(Formulas, Pivot Tables, Query, Array formulas, Data Validation, Macros equivalent)

Strong hands-on experience with

Looker Studio

(dashboard creation & optimization) Working knowledge of

Google Apps Script

for automation Experience in building end-to-end MIS systems from scratch

Analytical Skills

Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards and reports High attention to detail and data accuracy

Soft Skills

Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience with SQL / BigQuery Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or accounting systems Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or operations-driven organizations Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports Reduction in manual reporting efforts through automation Adoption and usage of dashboards by stakeholders System scalability and reliability
