Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive who is an expert in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio. The role focuses on data management, advanced reporting, and building dashboards that help teams track performance and make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Build automated reports using advanced Excel and Google Sheets

Design and manage interactive dashboards in Looker Studio

Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy

Consolidate data from multiple sources (sales, marketing, operations, finance)

Share insights and performance trends with stakeholders

Improve reporting efficiency through automation and formulas

Maintain data security and version control

Required Skills

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS)

Advanced Google Sheets (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, automation)

Looker Studio dashboard creation and data visualization

Strong data validation and reconciliation skills

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics

Hands-on experience with Excel, Sheets, and Looker Studio is mandatory

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience with Power BI or Tableau

Basic knowledge of SQL

Experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or operations reporting
