. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and MIS tools, and the ability to coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, and manage project data from field teams and stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per SBM guidelines.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation for monitoring project activities.
Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and recommendations for improving performance.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submissions to the district/state team.
Prepare presentations, progress reports, and documentation for reviews.
Coordinate with field staff to resolve data discrepancies.
Update government portals, SBM dashboards, and online reporting systems.
Assist in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and administrative support tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preferably in IT/Computer Science/Statistics).
1-2 years of experience
in MIS, data analysis, or monitoring roles (preferably in govt or development sector projects).
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(advanced functions, pivot tables, v-lookup, charts).
Knowledge of
MIS tools, dashboards, and reporting formats
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reporting tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in
Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM)
or WASH sector projects.
Knowledge of government portals and reporting systems.
Basic understanding of M&E frameworks.
