Key Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Analyze large data sets and present insights through dashboards and charts.
Manage sales, operations, and management-related data.
Create automated reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index+Match, Macros).
Develop and monitor performance dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate data.
Ensure timely submission of all reports to management.
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support business decision-making with data analysis and forecasting. Required Skills
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Lookup functions, Conditional formatting, Dashboards)
Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and reporting ability
Ability to work with large datasets
Additional Preferences
Experience in sales/operations data handling
Ability to automate daily reports
Knowledge of Google Sheets
