Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for inbound & outbound processes.
Track agent performance: login hours, productivity, AHT, SLA, attendance, shrinkage.
Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries for management.
Share accurate reports with Operations, Quality, and Client Success teams.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements.
Skills Required:
Strong Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic automation).
Understanding of BPO metrics (AHT, SLA, FCR, Occupancy, Utilization).
Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under timelines.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream.
MIS/BPO reporting experience preferred.
