We are hiring an IT cum MIS Executive for our office located in Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in IT support, data handling, and MIS reporting. The role includes managing company databases, preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS and sales performance reports, coordinating with different departments for data collection, and ensuring data accuracy for management decision-making. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot basic hardware, networking, printer, and system issues, along with providing support for software installation, email setup, and overall IT operations. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboards), Google Sheets, and data management tools is essential.
