Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented

MIS Executive

to handle data management, reporting, and automation tasks. The candidate should have a strong background in

data handling, Excel automation, and Google Sheets scripting

. Experience in

JavaScript or Google Apps Script

for automating MIS reports and dashboards will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

. Work extensively on

MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio

for data reporting and visualization. Use advanced formulas like

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS

etc. Create

interactive dashboards and charts

using Pivot Tables, Pie Charts, and Bar Graphs. Perform

data validation, cleaning, and standardization

to ensure accuracy. Automate reporting tasks using

JavaScript or Google Apps Script

. Collaborate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update information. Maintain proper data backups, records, and ensure confidentiality. Support management with ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements.

Required Skills:

Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel & Google Sheets

(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.) Experience in

Looker Studio / Google Data Studio

dashboards Strong understanding of

data structures, validation, and analysis

JavaScript or Google Apps Script

for data automation and dashboard updates Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy in reporting Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualification:

B.Tech (Computer Science / IT)

BCA / MCA

Candidates from a

technical background

with strong reporting and automation knowledge preferred
