The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data and inventory records, preparing accurate reports, and supporting management with real-time insights for effective decision-making. The role involves tracking stock movement, ensuring data accuracy, and generating timely MIS reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for inventory, sales, and operations.
Track stock inward and outward movement and ensure accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock levels, highlight discrepancies, and support in maintaining minimum-maximum stock levels.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for stock reconciliation and timely reporting.
Prepare inventory dashboards, stock aging reports, and consumption analysis.
Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management for planning and forecasting.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to inventory and reporting activities.
Identify and report any variance or mismatch in data to concerned departments.
Support audits and physical stock verification activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, etc.) and reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with
ERP/Inventory software
(e.g., Tally ERP 9, SAP, or similar).
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
Good communication and time management skills.
